How to Use this site:
Browsing Catalogues:
- This site features three ranges of products - Medical Equipment, Anatomical and Accident & Emergency.
- These can be browsed using the left-hand side menu. Select the appropriate catalogue by clicking the + sign (in front of each catalogue name) or double click on the appropriate catalogue and then left click the product type to view the products in that type.
- Add a selected product to your Shopping Basket by clicking on the Add to Card Button next to each product. Any number of products may be added to your basket without the need to enter your details for every item selected.
- When you have finished shopping, confirm your order by clicking on Checkout button in the basket page.
- If you are ordering for the first time, you have to register by entering your details which is required only once.
- From the second time, you have to enter only your login email and password to login to www.kmed.co.uk to reorder or for checking your order status.
- Your basket of products is saved until you have entered your details and confirmed the purchase by clicking on Submit Order button in the checkout page.
- An email confirming your order will be sent to your email address.

Prices:
- All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT.
- In the UK mainland, a charge of £5.00, towards Packing and Carriage, is added to orders of less than £95.00 + VAT.
- Goods are delivered by DHL, Royal Mail and occasionally by hand.
- The shipping charges on this site are for UK mainland customers only.
International Orders:
- International orders are accepted but shipping costs will be added based on the weight and destination. Please contact sales@kmed.co.uk or Call us at 020 7486 4245 between 9:00AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM, Saturday, for further details.
- There is no VAT.
- Shipping will be by Royal Mail or UPS (depending on weight and destination).
- K_MED accepts only wire transfer for the order total, including shipping charges.
- Customer is responsible for extra charges in their country, if any, such as Customs & Excise Duty. K_MED is not responsible for these charges.
- Goods will be dispatched as soon as payment is credited to the K_MED Bank Account.
